The Blodgett 18257 Oven Pilot Orifice Propane 0.11 is a metering element in a gas-fueled oven that is compatible with commercial ovens to control the flow of liquid propane to the burner assembly. This opening that exactly restricts the amount of LP gas entering the burner during normal operation, which supports proper combustion and stable heat generation. It is fitted in the gas manifold or burner line during system conversion, during the conversion of gas types, or during the reestablishment of proper flame features.
