The Blodgett 16393 Oven Fahrenheit Dial OFF-500°F-200°F 2-1/4" DIA is a control display system that was used on commercial kitchen setting to select operating temperatures. It is attached to the control panel of the oven, and it is in line with the thermostat shaft so that the user can make reference to the settings between OFF and the marked Fahrenheit range when using.
