The Blodgett 16372 Convection Oven Fuse 1/4" X 1-1/4" is an essential part that secures electric circuits by cutting off current flow, when the amperage is more than 5 amps. In the event of an overcurrent situation the fuse element internally melts and interrupts the circuit to prevent additional electrical damage. It is mounted in compatible convection oven control compartments, and is mounted in a special fuse holder and connected in line with the electrical system of the oven to protect control and operating components.
