The Blodgett 16002 Oven Swivel Stem Caster Gray 5" OD provides the mobility of a heavy cooking appliance, as it can move freely over flat surfaces. These has 5-inch casters that are mounted on the bottom of compatible roasting ovens, normally attached with bolts to pre-drilled mounting holes on the frame of the oven. The casters are supposed to support the weight of the oven and enable it to move without stabilising. They are usually installed, when equipment is being set up or replaced so that they can be easily positioned and cleaned in commercial kitchen settings.
