Blodgett 07942 30” X 6” Steel Burner Set of 2 are two burners that are of high quality and will ensure that the heat is well distributed. Made from steel, these burners have a dimension of 30” x 6” and come with an air shutter to help manage the flame. The 9/16” orifice hole allows for proper flow of gas and the 3” plate ensures even high temperature distribution. Other features are left and right position and easy to install. These burners are perfect for commercial kitchen use as they provide a steady high temperature for grilling, broiling.
