The BKI (Barbeque King) C0001 Heating Element 2500W 208V is used in commercial kitchen equipment and is especially useful in rotisseries and oven units. Made of high quality heatproof materials this element is effective in transforming electrical power to heat radiation to maintain an even temperature all over the inside of the oven chamber. With a rating of 2,500 watts and a 208 volt, it provides reliable pricing to the heat output that is required to handle the demanding food service operations. The C0001 heating element works by passing electrical current through the coiled resistive wire wrapped in a protective sheath.
