The Beverage Air 00C31038A Caster Kit Set 2 W/Brake 2 W/O is based on the concept of raising heavy refrigeration units to a height of 6" and allowing fluid movement in all directions around commercial kitchen floors. This hardware system uses a stem-mount mechanism to distribute the load of the equipment evenly, whereby two wheels have foot-operated locking levers to hold the unit stationary. The assembly is attached to the base sockets or mounting plates, which are pre-drilled. The sizing is aimed at making undercounter worktop appliances and lager dispensers compatible with standard comfortable counter elevations.
