The Belshaw SK-1351 Electric Power Water Heater Upgrade is an electric heating unit that is installed to supply hot water in foodservice machinery. It runs on a 120 V power supply, where electrical input is transformed into heat to increase water temperature to clean, brew or otherwise. This upgraded version is attached to the already existing plumbing and electrical interfaces as specified by the manufacturer and is installed inside the unit where the heating of water takes place.
