The Bakers Pride S1094X Char Broilers Knob Gas On-Off is a control that is utilised to control the flow in commercial kitchens. It is mounted on the back of the control and is a part of the control system of the appliance. Controlling supply at the point of consumption, it maintains the stable operation of the system and shuts it down when it is not in operation.
