The Bakers Pride L5130X Valve Retrofit Kit is a gas flow control system that is used to upgrade or replace the current regulator assembly in a compatible commercial cooking system. It contains the valve body and the related hardware to be used to connect with the existing gas supply path and operating system. This kit is mounted in the fuel delivery circuit of the appliance and connected to the manifold and ignition controls so that it can coordinate with other components of the system.
