The Bakers Pride AS-L5128X Retrofit Kit TS11 & Burner 300/3151 is a replacement part for a gas delivery system that is used to upgrade compatible cooking equipment. It is used the burner and other related mounting components are used to fit into the existing fuel supply route and control interfaces. This kit is fitted into the frame of the appliance and hooked up with the manifold, ignition and wiring systems to work in conjunction with other components. In regular foodservice applications, it is used to control the flow of gases and heat delivery, and assist in the correct operation of the burners.
