The Bakers Pride 310123 Piezo Spark Lighter is the spark required to ignite gas when starting equipment. This unit has a piezo mechanism which transforms mechanical pressure into electrical discharge to ensure accurate ignition. The retaining fastener provided is to hold the body in position, and the lead is long enough to be routed flexibly in the control compartment. Fitted near the gas valve and the burner area, the assembly assists in the safe creation of flame and also in maintaining uniform burner operation during the commercial kitchen operation.
