The Bakers Pride 21880662 Radiant Cast Iron 22-1/2" C-24GS is a heat distribution element that is used in commercial cooking systems to evenly distribute thermal energy over the cooking surface over open flames. This radiant is mounted on the burner assembly and redistributes the heat upwards into the appliance cavity, and is used provide even cooking conditions when used normally.
