The APW 8705511 Knob Metal is a control component that is used to adjust and show the operational settings on compatible broiler or cooking equipment. This metal knob has an outer diameter of 2-1/2" and an interface of 1/4" D-stem with a set screw to ensure it is firmly attached to the control shaft so that users can choose the level of temperature or power when using it normally. In commercial kitchens, it is mounted on the front control panel, where it has to be manually adjusted during cooking periods.
