Heat is distributed all over the well, and the inbuilt drain uses the extraction of liquids to be cleaned or serviced. The unit is mounted in a cutout in the countertop, and the controls are mounted on the top and are connected to electrical power to be used. It is shaped to fit regular food pans and is part of an in-built warming station that assists in organising holding.
