The APW 2U-85197 Red and Black Toaster Motor is an electric drive part that is utilized in compatible units to connect the conveyor or bread rotation mechanism. It works by transforming electrical power at 208/240 V into mechanical action at around 30 RPM to push the conveyor and make sure that the bread passes through toasting area constantly. When used in a commercial kitchen set up, the motor is housed in the inside the toaster and attached to the drive mechanism. It also serves as a source of drive within the appliance system to help in proper movement of the conveyor when normal toasting is being carried out.
