The APW 2068500 Gas Burner Valve On/Off 210°F, is a replacement thermal gas control valve to fit compatible commercial and food service equipment. To assist with ensuring safe operation, this valve will automatically control the supply of gas to the burner based on the temperature, opening when needed and closing at the 210°F limit. It is designed to be installed in the burner assembly to connect to the existing gas supply and control system and is designed to fit into the existing gas supply and control system.
