The APW 14794-36 Thermostat SJ 3/16 x 11-5/8 CAP 36 is a temperature controller that is used in commercial cooking equipment. It controls and measures heat in appliances and keeps the temperatures at 100°F to 450°F for uniform cooking results. It is mounted directly into the heating system of the appliance and it communicates with heating elements to provide them with accurate thermal control. It allows avoiding overheating, maintaining the consistency of food preparation, and stable functioning of the equipment by means of the accurate control of temperature. This thermostat is applicable in commercial kitchen settings.
