The APW 1211801 Gear Motor is a 230/240V motor designed to improve performance of cooking equipment. This motor supports reliable operation required for effective food preparation with a power rating of 0.20A and rotation direction of counterclockwise in rotation when the rotation is facing the shaft. It is built robustly, so is suitable for heavy duty use in commercial kitchens. The gear motor is an universal part and can be used with the HR-20, HR-75, HR-85, HRS-20, HRS-75 and HRS-85 making it usable in several models. This gear motor uses uses improves torque and speed control for better precision in cooking processes with higher overall efficiencies.
