The American Range A31016 Spit Fork Double Two Prong ACB 2-3/4" Spaced 3-1/4" secures the food by sliding on a rotisserie spit rod and tightening to keep the food between the two prongs. The dual-prong design cuts through the surface of the product and it does not move and the spit turns during cooking. It is placed in the spit assembly within the compatible rotisseries where the food is anchored at the desired distance to ensure security and alignment during the roasting process.
