The Alto-Shaam HD-2575 Door Handle Strike is a custom-designed part that is used to fit the door lock of commercial warming cabinets. It is 3/4" by 2 3/8" with a 1 1/2" hole in its mounting which gives it a dependable point of connection with the latch mechanism, and ensures the door closes properly and maintains a consistent internal temperature. This strike is commonly fitted to warmers and is a part of the overall operation of the system, as it is used to ensure that the doors are aligned properly and closed securely to ensure effective heat retention and better food handling in commercial kitchens.
