The Alto-Shaam ALTSW3409 Rocker Switch is an SPST control switch that is used in compatible commercial equipment. It has a simple on and off feature that closes or opens the electrical circuit when the rocker is pressed. This switch is mounted in a 9/16 by 1-1/8 inch panel cut-out, and it is connected to internal wiring to turn power to desired components on and off. It is usually applied to appliances where operators require direct control of operations. This rocker switch is used in the appliance system to control the flow of electricity to facilitate normal operation when the system is used in service.
