The Alto-Shaam ALTGS-23796 Door Gasket 22" x 30-1/2" is used to replace the sealing strip around the door and frame that holding cabinets to ensure a consistent barrier. It is circular in shape and fits around the door opening and creates a tight interface that minimises air transfer when the door is closed. This gasket is applied in commercial kitchens and food service operations where the internal temperatures are kept controlled in order to cook or store food. It is assisted inside the appliance and it connects to the door and the door hinges and latching system.
