The Alto-Shaam AD2140 Silicone Sealant 350°F is a high-temperature sealing component, applied to make flexible, heat-resistant seals in cooking and heating appliances. It is a sealant that is designed to withstand up to 350°F and so seals joints, gaps, and fixtures in which there is controlled exposure to heat. It is applied in commercial kitchenware like ovens, smokers, and hot holding cabinets in which a seal with temperature capability is needed to preserve conditions internally and to stop the leakage of steam or air.
