The Alto-Shaam 4880 Holding Warmer Cable Heating Service Kit 134' includes parts that are used to repair or keep heating services of compatible holding units. The kit contains resistive heating cables and connectors which convey controlled heat to the inside of the cabinet. The cables, installed on the inside surfaces or on the special tracks, are used in conjunction with the control system of the unit to control the temperature. This assembly is a thermal input within the equipment that maintains the contents at a constant temperature to aid in consistent heat retention when in operation in commercial foodservice settings.
