The Allpoints 721151 Battery Operated Temperature Alarm is an independent monitoring pat that is meant to notify the user when temperatures exceed or fall below a preset range of 10deg to 80degF. It is applied in commercial kitchens, food storage, and transportation containers to aid in control and product safety. It is not activated by the appliance and it gives a warning sound when the conditions are beyond the safe range. It is an early warning tool within the system, which assists to react quickly to heat changes that may impact the regulatory demands.
