The Allpoints 2802180 Cutting Board is a highly functional made of polyethylene approved by USDA and has the dimensions of 7×48×½ inches; its weight is 6.016 lbs. It is 1/2” thick for stability when slicing, dicing or chopping and the surface is non porous and will not breed bacteria or absorb odours. It can handle a temperature up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit or 74 degrees Celsius and is thus ideal for use in kitchens but it should not be exposed to high temperatures that would cause it to expand and likely develop a warped surface.
