The Allpoints 265597 18 Gauge Fryer Splash Guard with Mounting Bracket protects kitchen staff from hot oil splashes through its safety design. This stainless steel guard made for durability can be used on either side of fryers to protect users during frying operations. The component has a detachable structure which simplifies cleaning operations and maintenance processes. The 18-gauge built splash guard measures 20-1/2" from front to back and 17-15/16" in height with an 18-15/16" insert area. The installation bracket consists of a stainless steel piece that measures 2-1/8" x 3-3/4" with 7/8" offset to provide secure mounting. Ideal for maintaining a safer, cleaner workspace.
