The Accutemp AT0E-3386-1 Thermocouple is a sensor part fixed in cooking appliances that enables them to measure the amount of heat at the burner assembly. When it is in position, the part is placed in the proper position to ensure that when the thermocouple is operating, the temperature variations are recorded correctly. It is used commercially around the burning area, where constant supervision of the flame is needed when in use.
