The Star Mfg 5P-MOD100TD-120 Food Warmer W/Drain keeps food at a constant temperature with 1650 watts of power. It disperses heat uniformly in the warming compartment to aid in uniform food retention. The unit has a built-in drain so that liquid can be easily removed, and it can be mounted on countertops or service lines and is connected to the standard 120V power. All parts are created to be placed in the housing safely to make a part of the warmer operating and facilitate easy handling and access to hot food products.
