The Southbend SOU1194597 Dual Solenoid Valve 120V is used in commercial cooking equipment to manage natural, or LP gas comes into the system. It is made up of two solenoids that can be controlled electrically, and are placed in one assembly, enabling accurate control of the supply of gas to burners while in operation. Fitted in ranges, ovens or other appliances, it opens and closes on electrical signals in the control system, helping to provide proper ignition and stable heating operation. It is a component of the entire gas control system.
