The Pitco 50008304-C Heating Element 4.99kW operates with the assists of converting 208V electrical current into thermal energy using an internal resistance wire. This is a high-wattage immersion element that conducts heat to the surrounding oil to keep the temperature necessary to cook. This element is attached to the side wall of the frypot and is sunk in the oil vat. This hardware delivers the required energy to restore temperatures in a short time by cycling on and off in accordance with the thermostat to stimulate the high-volume cooking cycles.
