The Blodgett BL2358 Gas Valve Handle 3" X 1" 1/4" D-Stem is a replacement part to fit commercial foodservice, it is connected to the valve to enable the operator to manually adjust the gas flow to have direct control over the burner output. The handle is attached on the front panel of the appliance and it is linked to the internal valve system to control the flow of fuel as it operates. It acts as the control point of gas adjustment that is operated by the user within the system.
