The Blodgett 19609 Door Assembly W/Handle and Roller Latch is a complete door unit that covers the oven cavity but enables one to see inside the system through the built-in glass panel. The roller latch system and handle are combined to ensure that the door is secured when in operation and the opening and closing of the oven door are controlled. This assembly is attached to the front of compatible CTBR series convection ovens, and operates as the main point of entry to the cooking chamber. It fits the oven frame and hinge elements to work with the door.
