The Imperial 28074 Basket Hanger IFS-40/50 is a metal support component used to hold and fix the fryer basket when it is not in the oil. This hanger is applied to commercial fryers to give the basket a stable position over the cooking space to support a well-organized workflow and avoid contact between the hot oil and other surfaces. It is attached to the fryer housing on which the basket is placed in accordance with existing support points. In the general assembly, it is used in the proper positioning of the basket when in normal operation for servicing.
