The Southbend 1179998 Thermostat Knob Off-Low-250°F-500°F is used to control the temperature of compatible Range With Ovens. It operates by activating the internal thermostat control that can be made between Off, Low and 250oF to 500oF to suit individual cooking needs. This knob is usually placed on the front control panel of the appliance giving easy access to the setting and changing of temperatures during the use of the appliance. Its temperature range allows easy detection of the amount of heat and effective management of the cooking space.
