The Garland 1028299 Pilot Natural Gas/LP is a spare part that is used to create and sustain a small pilot flame needed to ignite burners in an oven gas system. It will be compatible with natural gas and liquid propane and installed with various fuel sources. The pilot assembly is placed close to the burner, whereby the constant presence of flames aids proper ignition in cases where heat is demanded. This section is installed when equipment is being assembled in the service conditions to assist in proper start-up sequencing.
