The Bloomfield 2E-30570 Infinite Switch 15A 120 V is a temperature control system that is installed in electric commercial cooking equipment to control the amount of heat produced. It has a 15 amp rating at 120 volts, and it provides variable control by increasing or decreasing the amount of power delivered to heating elements in a continuous range instead of in discrete steps. The switch is installed on the back of the control panel of the appliances and communicates with the knob of the user to convert the position of the dial into the amount of heat.
