Description

The Star Mfg Z5958 Thermostat is a temperature controller component that is used to control the amount of heat in commercial griddles and keep the temperature at a range of 100-450°F. It measures the temperature of surface and commands the heating components to change accordingly to maintain the same temperature of cooking. The thermostat is installed in the control system of the griddle to ensure the accurate distribution of heat on the surface. It facilitates the stable functioning in the case of constant use, allows preparing the food in a consistent manner, and prevents overheating.
