Description

Star Mfg 2TY1668 Fryer LCH Hi-Limit Thermostat with Manual Reset is an essential safety part . It works through controlling the temperature within the fryer, and, by using a heating component, turning off the heat at a fixed maximum temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid temperatures dangerous enough to cause fire. This thermostat improves operational safety and effectiveness by maintaining the right cooking temperatures and also increasing the durability of fryer equipment.
