Star Mfg 2R-Z1274 Thermostat Indicator Knob 2 1/4 inch in diameter and black is a control part to be used with compatible commercial foodservice equipment. It enables the user to establish, regulate, and observe the temperature level of the attached thermostat. The knob, which is fitted to the thermostat shaft on the front panel of the appliance, provides the user interface to the system to enable the user to select the exact temperature. This indicator knob is fitted to commercial cooking equipment and replaced during repair when the control has broken, and it provides the user with accurate control.
