Step1: Turn off the fryer power to prevent electrical shock.

Step2: Remove the control panel to access the old switch.

Step3: Disconnect wiring from the existing switch terminals.

Step4: Remove mounting screws and take out the old switch.

Step5: Install a new switch and reconnect the wiring to the proper terminals.

Step6: Secure the panel and restore power, then test the switch operation.
