Description

The Southbend 1190573 Range Dial is a control part that fits commercial cooking ranges, and gives a fine range of temperature between off and 550 F. It is applied to control and regulate the amount of heat produced by the range giving the operator control over cooking operations in professional kitchens. The dial is directly on the control panel of the appliance and it communicates with the internal thermostat to adjust and hold the desired temperature. Step1: Turn off and unplug the range for safety.

Step2: Remove the old knob by gently pulling it straight off the thermostat shaft.

Step3: Inspect the shaft for dirt or damage and clean if necessary.

Step4: Align the new knob with the shaft and push firmly until fully seated.
