Description

The ROYAL RANGE 5856 Flame Switch Retro Kit is a replacement flame-detecting and control part to be used in commercial cooking equipment systems. It also detects the existence of a burner flame in the control system to permit safe operation. This kit has applications in foodservice points where it is utilized in maintenance or repair to retrofit a faulty flame switch to obtain the correct flame sensing. After installation, it is compatible with the ignition and safety systems of the range to assist in stable burner performance and assist in maintaining safe commercial cooking performance.
