The Roundup - AJ Antunes 7000249 Platen Release Sheet Pack of 3 is a pack of replacement sheets that are used between the heated platen and the food contact surface when using the machine. This component is used to avoid direct contact and assist the release to be smooth during cooking and minimise the accumulation of residues on the adjacent components.
