Description

The Rankin Delux RD85-12 Knob 1 1/2" Dia is a user interface control system that fits in compatible commercial cooking equipment. It provides a way to set up the control by rotating the control shaft to the required position to adjust the settings of the temperature, timer, or operation choice. The knob is mounted on the front panel of the appliance, and it is connected to the control valve that is mounted on the inside of the appliance to assist in making the correct and consistent adjustments in the process.
