The Rankin Delux RB-15 Char Broiler Knob 2-1/4" Dia OFF-ON is a control part that was used in the operation of commercial kitchens to control the operation of the burners. It is attached to the front control shaft and enables the operator to switch the supply of gas on or off and to regulate heat when cooking.
