Description

The Pitco PTB7490701 Fryer Crumb Scoop 2"W x 6"L x 2-1/2"H is a manual cleaning part that is used to scrape off loose food particles in the appliance oil during operation. It is applied in commercial catering settings that use equipment, whereby frequent removal of crumbs is done to ensure the flow of oil and a uniform cooking environment. It is run inside the fryer tank itself, which means it can remove settled debris without emptying the oil. In the system, it aids in regular maintenance by minimising carbon accumulation, aiding temperature control and aiding in curbing contamination when it is repeated.
