Description

The Pitco PTB6700601C Probe works based on the concept of sensing the temperature variations in the fryer or cooking systems and sending the signals to the control system. This probe is fitted in compatible units which are usually fitted in the oil or cooking chamber. The probe is attached to the existing wiring and control interfaces to relay the readings to the electronic or mechanical control system. It is also typically installed as a replacement part in the course of maintenance to reestablish Proper temperature sensing and control in commercial appliances.
