The Pitco 60203001-CL Fryer Natural Gas Safety Valve is an essential part to regulate the flow of the gas . This safety valve works at 24V with 1.2” FPT connection and controls the flow of gas on the pilot light and burner of the fryer. Step1: Turn off the fryer and shut off the gas supply.

Step2: Disconnect electrical power and relieve any gas pressure.

Step3: Remove the existing safety valve by unscrewing it from the gas line.
